Add-ons are priced per item because the crew is already in the property. A one bedroom flat with the bedroom carpet and a single oven comes to £320.
The 48 hour re-clean
If the inventory clerk marks down something we cleaned, we return within 48 hours and put that item right at no charge. Damage and wear are not cleaning, and the clerk knows the difference as well as we do.
Paying
On completion. Bank transfer and cash. No deposit for domestic work, and no VAT added on top of these figures.
