We clean houses and flats in Sutton, and have done for years. End of tenancy cleaning is the whole job here: move-out cleans, pre-tenancy cleans and the carpet and oven add-ons that go with them.

How we work

We clean to the specification an inventory clerk checks against, room by room, and photograph the finished clean so there is a record at check-in.

The price is fixed by property size before we start. If the property is materially different from what we were told, we say so at the door and agree a revised number before anyone starts, or leave without charge.

How we price

One fixed price by property size, agreed before we start. Carpets and the oven are add-ons so nobody pays for work they do not need. We publish the lot on the prices page rather than making you ring to find out.

What we will not tell you

We will not promise a deposit back, because no cleaner honestly can: the clerk also checks the garden, the lightbulbs and the wear on the carpet, and none of that is cleaning. What we promise is the cleaning spec done properly and the 48 hour re-clean if a cleaned item is marked down.

Complaints

If something we cleaned is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back to it. That is easier for everyone than an argument about a bill.
