Getting to you
The Sutton controlled parking zone runs 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday, a full six-day control. Residents get the first 50 visitor hours free each year and then buy books of 100 hours at £71, so a Saturday check-out clean costs the tenant parking hours as well as the clean.
